I recently had the pleasure of staying at Pullman during my visit to Dubai, and I must say, the hotel not only met but exceeded all my expectations. From the moment I arrived, the staff's attentiveness and warmth made me feel truly valued-a special mention to Mustafa for his exceptional service and hospitality. The room was meticulously clean, offering a comfortable sitting area where I could unwind after a busy day exploring the city. the soundproofed rooms ensured a peaceful night's sleep, and the air conditioning provided a perfect escape from the desert heat. the hotel's proximity to Bayside Restaurant and Terrace, El3ezba, and Brothaus Bakery made dining options incredibly convenient. the delectable breakfast at the bakery was a highlight of my mornings, setting a delightful tone for the day ahead. In conclusion, Pullman not only impressed me with its impeccable facilities and prime location but also with the genuine care and attention to detail displayed by the staff. I wholeheartedly recommend this hotel to anyone seeking a luxurious and memorable stay in Dubai-an experience that I will cherish and undoubtedly revisit in the future.
